Hot Fudge Pudding Cake is a recipe that creates a cake on the top and a rich chocolate pudding below.

Cake Base
- ⅔ cup All purpose flour
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 6 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Topping
- ⅔ cup brown sugar - packed
- 1 ⅓ cup hot water
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Heat oven to 350 ℉
Mix all Cake Base ingredients. Put into and ungreased 2L (2 quart) casserole.
Mix brown sugar and 2 tbsp of cocoa; sprinkle on batter. Pour hot water on batter.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until sauce is bubbly below and cake test done with cake tester.
Serve warm. Top with whipped cream or ice cream or milk, if you wish
