Strawberry Spinach Salad

Worcestershire sauce

apple cider vinegar

Instructions
Wash the spinach. Remove the stems and coarse vein by holding the leaf in half and pulling by the stem.
Spin the leaves in a salad spinner and then wrap them in a clean tea towel. Put them (in the towel) in the fridge to crisp up until ready to serve.
Wash the strawberries and pat dry. Cut each one into 3 or 4 slices, size-dependent.
In a regular blender or magic bullet, mix all the dressing ingredients.
Toss with the spinach and strawberries.
